Probably not until tower 3 sells some more units, at least. Someone posted here a few days ago that it was only 70% sold. Is it tower 3 or 4 that has the community center in it?

Any idea where is Tower 4 going to be? Is it east of T3 or at the north/west corner next to Halifax st?.... I mean logically T4 should be east of T3

It just occurred to me that London Drugs might move into the large new underground space
in order to free up the rear of the site for future redevelopment.

I think this is the order of the towers - from the link above:

According to this masterplan, T4 is east of T3. So which is the next tower to go up? Seems like it should be T5 and not T4, because T5 is suppose to include the community center. Can anybody clarify this please?

Not sure about London Drugs moving given HY Louie's attempts to divest their retail properties.

The report from which that diagram came from said the SE quadrant was the next phase, with T3 being the first tower from that phase.

I don't care which tower will be next. My mind is still blown by the fact that this is a 13 tower project.

I think it's crazier that the Gilmore Station project is a 10 tower project on less than half the lot size.

It's crazy to think that when Brentwood is completed, there will be more than 50 towers in an area extending between three Skytrain stations. It will look so awesome while driving along Highway 1.

Man I love driving passed Brentwood on Highway 1 at night with my tunes cranked. It already looks incredible. I can't wrap my ahead around how crazy it is going to be in only a few years.

You will have to allow me a quiet lol, Klazu and vanman: thrilled at the view as you drive by a transit-oriented development.

Not giving you the gears; just goes to show that transit isn't for everyone.

Tower 5 is slatted to be the same height as Tower 3 but with different interior design choices. Tower 4 will be shorter in height as the master plan suggests. No real firm plans on when they will start selling tower 5. It could be as early as next year or they may wait a year and concentrate on the lougheed mall development. She indicated that the community center was planned to be built next to Tower 5 and not below. It could mean that construction of the community center could be independent of the construction of Tower 5.
Thanks for the update. Great to see that they're so confident in the project to be simply jockeying which of the next two towers will come first.
