As for any other ones, maybe WTATP3 or one of the smaller approved towers? (like Elta or Bertram BC Housing)
I feel a bunch of the bigger developments will be scared away by a bunch of the recent headlines, regardless if the statistics from BC Stats are true or not (I personally trust StatCan more)
Some may still go through? It's hard to tell right now, maybe if we beat estimates for the 2026 census, the developments might continue forward (which feels a little unlikely)
Idk guess place your bet on the final 2026 number for city proper and metro (I'm thinking 170,500 and 254,000)
As is, though, it's a pretty shaky time for Kelowna's future highrise development. Still, laughable with the 10 years claim, omfg
