Now, what may happen is , 412 goes to 11, and possibly to 400. 404 could be extended east to Peterborough and out to Ottawa. Those are likely beyond 20 years.

Where is the 412, which I assume will see its toll removed, going to meet 11 though? Going through Rama and down Orillia Bypass will mean taking out a park by the lake, and meeting 11 at Washago (aka going along Old 169) means missing the west leg of 12 by a good distance.
Also what about Highway 9? AADT and congestion will only increase. I was hoping that the Bradford Bypass will stretch west past the 400 to address Orangeville too. From there, it can probably hit Fergus and go down to Guelph and join Hanlon Parkway. Now, assuming that Conestoga Parkway will get extended to Komoka (outside of London), one can see where this idea of extending the 402 to Ottawa (hence completely wiping Highway 7 off the map) comes from.
Obviously, in this configuration, 410 needs to go up to Shelborne and meet this Bradford Bypass Extension NE of Orangeville. Oh boy it feels like I'm playing SimCities right now.
