I'm assuming it's the Charleson.
The 501 across the street is also ONNI, but it was built in the 1990s.

The Mark on the other side was also Onni, but you're correct Strata Plan EPS 4774 is the Charleson.

Hell hath no fury like people who paid millions to live in an ONNI building.

This afternoon, steps being demoed at one of the best executed stone/tile/marble work at a building's entrance. I will check out its progress next week.

I always thought this entrance was incredibly mean for a 42-storey tower, with barely 9 feet to the 2nd floor. They really couldn't sacrifice one unit for a double-height lobby?

Agreed.
Vancouver House's entrance is even less inviting.

Damage from skateboarders? Google Maps shows a lot of the steps cracked in the most recent streetview.

Aug 2018 Two top sections are broken. 2022 there's a few broken front lips. I assume they just replace them with plain concrete

The Richards side is flush with the sidewalk so I don't think they need a ramp though the planters seem to block access for a wheelchair to get by. They seemed to have been moved there in the past year or two .

I think it was supposed to look like this.

Even the alley side seemed to have super high ceilings (image is too large to post inline)
