I’m sure the work safe guy is intelligent and all, but man, that writing. I have to write up paperwork freehand all the time, and it doesn’t get exposure if it looks half ass. That’s terrible. Maybe I’m being too uptight. Lol.

It's storage/staging so they won't be able to build anything probably until the stations complete/removal of the traffic decking in 2024. I guess the PCI site will be an exception.

It will be vacant at the final stages of the extension's construction, until a developer purchases the lot for a future commercial or mix-used building, hopefully to include integrated access to the station (for example: the elevator lobby as the entry).

Or not. It seems unlikely that the City would sell the site of the intended City Hall replacement, whenever that might happen.

odds are they wont be selling them. though i do wonder when they City will get around to building that.

personally i think they should move city hall next to olympic villiage, in that phase 2 area. then City Hall could be nice on the waterfront there.
