Same, I wish these retained their original height. Still, they are beautiful buildings so once all 3 go up, they'll be nice to look at!

Maybe not a pure "clumpbreaker" but it will stand out for sure. Just slightly taller than PDV-C but the tallest tower will be about 60 feet taller than the Delta and 100 feet taller than Constitution Square....that's not nothing!

It's not going to hurt! (if they actually build it to the latest spec).

It's still not going to do much to break The Great Clump's shocking resemblance to Kowloon Walled City, however.

"This is my Clump. There are many like it, but this one is mine. My Clump is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life. My Clump, without me, is useless"

I'll take style and substance over height in most cases and this project will seemingly deliver that in spades while also offering a modest increase to downtowns tallest.

Interesting choice, to stop the form/pour of the slab with those two north bays yet to infill. Any idea what the plan is? Or is this some sort of reaaaaaaaaly long ramp a-la Bayshore mall?

Actually, edit that. I can see that yes, it is a ramp from left (bottom) to right (top)

Looking at my last drone shot above, I sure wish Moon's outward facing side looked as 'somewhat reasonable' as it's inward facing side.

That linked-in post references the first suspended slab of the underground parking garage. When referencing slab on grade its that the slab that is supported by the ground (lowest level of parking) not exterior grade.

You’re right! I misread it. I saw the image of the suspended slab and assumed the garage was was already complete and they were speaking about the above grade structure construction. Wishful thinking!

I've changed my tune on this one. I wish I was more excited about this project. We finally get some interesting architecture in the clump, but it's just an extension of the tabletop that will be lost in a couple of years as other buildings are built around it. The view from every single one of these apartments will be horrible, you'll be looking directly into someone else's apartment, hotel room, or office from every unit. I'm slightly more excited about the neighbouring 35 story project, but who knows if it will even materialize.

From Rimap's website. No opening date, unlike the other two projects (AC Rideau and Moxie York).

So true. I took my kid for a tour of construction sites yesterday and he's been wondering when we are going to get something that sparkles and pokes out above that invisible 27-ish storey ceiling.

Great to see the curve still being incorporated into place but nervous on the updated square design listed above. So many bait and switches done by developers in this city. Really holding out hope that this one keeps with what was proposed (unlike the Icon )
