The lease was announced in July 2021, the big banners tied to the building went up not long after. I’m very certain the fixed sign at the entryway is new within the past week or so.
The announcement said “a phased move-in process is anticipated to begin in Spring, 2022.”

Their lease has a lower rate for the first 18 months for the phased move in. So IF the lease started spring 2022 they should be planned to be moved in by fall this year.

…a unique deal structure that provided a significant (18 month) up front gross rental savings to EA while still securing a short term (5 year) commitment thus allowing for initial rent relief to accommodate a staged possession combined with future lease term flexibility. In addition, the team developed long range plan for this location by securing a Right of First refusal on an adjacent site owned by PCI/Low tide which can accommodate 400,000 sf of office space in a planned build to suit office facility.

I missed that last part in the Cushman & Wakefield write up previously, not sure why as it’s pretty significant. As part of the lease agreement EA has right of first refusal to tenant on the adjacent site where this design was presented as a concept prior to the EA lease, the Broadway Plan now allows up to 25 storeys here.
