thanks. Wonder what restaurant will end up taking the space. Will have great skyline views, that's for sure.

That's looking good. Nice to see Hamilton revisiting something we had 80 years ago (albeit, even better views of the harbour back then) and this should have usage for five months of the year.

Back in the 90s, I like many thought that the day would never come when our downtown's missing teeth would be filled in, yet here we are. There are lots of holes left but every year company's like this one are repairing our city, some better then others. It is a good place to be in.

Kinda wish theyd forego the french balconies and just leave it how it is.. looks so clean right now - before the rust stains that those balconies will probably inevitably bring to the stone..

Just watch out for that first step, it's a doozie.

Pouring the last floor, just the rooftop structures (including the restaurant space)

Looks like they built that in an afternoon from scrap wood. If we are going to clean up junk in the area the Pharmasave/Augusta Residence needs to take down at least some of the signage that is literally plastered all over the bottom of that building, it looks like pages from some badly designed pamphlet about working in a hotel in 1994.

One thing about this project, that I hope they have addressed is the ventilation of the kitchen exhaust of the Pheasant Plucker. There are a number of balconies directly adjacent to that stack. It could be extremely unpleasant living right beside that, and I haven't seen them make any modifications to it (like running it up to the roof of Phase 1 or 3).
