Right. I'll never understand people's need to appeal things that are filling in an empty void on what should be a vibrant street. It's not like they're erecting at 20 story tower.

And how long before the the new residents start complaining about the noisy buses, as the current residents do now?

Condition in their signed lease agreement that they are aware of being next to the transit complex and agree not to complain?
