The site plan was updated with drawings today, but no elevations. The height is listed as 292'. But that would be to the roof. The 30th floor is an amenties level, which along with mechanical should put the height in the low 300s once elevations are released.

Rhode Partners is the architect. So for better or worse, this will look similar to most of the other WC high-rises.

I'm still waiting for The Boardwalk. Let it be a Riverside Drive high-rise. 500 feet should do the trick. Just don't touch Cidercade, yet. I need somewhere to sit and watch the towers sprout until things get real down there.
