haha yeah -- somebody suggested making it 'matte black' instead of 'target shower curtain,' but i think a new, gaudy and funky shower curtain facade is fine and cleveland already has black down with stuff like the iconic brutalist breuer tower, the erieview tower and moca.

City Club's design aesthetics (in general) are about as uncomfortable as this dude's speedo -

Also, non-jacked tenants need not apply. Clearly they've got a target demographic.

anyhoo -- the clev could definitely benefit from an attention getting uncomfortable aesthetics building in the mix.
i mean, just look at the perfectly ok, but bland street level right across the street in this current pic below, so why not shake it up?
