That parking lot in front of the Joe Howe Superstore is going to look really out of place soon. Would be a prime spot to redevelop & turn into a neighbourhood, like Crombie has proposed up on Lacewood & Dunbrack.

Very cool! The footprint on this thing is massive given what was previously there. Quite the transformation this will bring!

Drove past this site today for the first time in months. It is indeed a huge footprint and now that it is a few floors up, it really looms over the street. Interesting design details on the end where floorplates appear partially cantilevered over the edge.
