I doubt he'd get 30 storeys on Queen N....
Didn't he say that the 30-storey tower is going to be called 'The Main'? That would indicate it's on Main St, no?

He said the two on main would be midrises with the 428 main site being called The Main and having 300 units, which seems like a lot for a mid rise,no? Maybe he intends to buy more property around the Queen site.

Any idea when we'll see proposals or renders for Lambs Hamilton properties beyond tv city?

Didn't realize he owned 82 Queen North...

This is an area that isn't right quite in city core proper, but still a 5 minute walk from it. This is a smart lot to develop, IMO.

Only thing I can find about this is an old massing render and a seemingly more recent render that is finished and taller.

Anyone know what the status of Brad Lamb's property on Main St W? There were plans for a building at the former carwash, but the owner of the house behind was not selling. The designs put forward were 'L' shaped to accommodate the holdout. The guy was a bit of a hoarder. He had cars, boats and all sorts of crap on the property and would often sit there for hours drinking beer and stare at the empty lot in front of him. I noticed a sold sign last week on his lot and all the crap has been carted away.

Interesting. Lamb must be getting going again on this one now that Television City has finally proven successful.

They’re not wasting any time here, as of 1:30 today there was a soil tester at work on site. Sorry, no photo as I was on the bus.

They've put up pylons around the site. Seems like they might be preparing to put up hoarding.

Wow things are happening fast here. There's almost no information online about this one unfortunately.

I would think that this lot will stay dormant for a long period since the owner is literally installing a barbed wire fence. That is not the sign of imminent construction.

If that's the case, why bother ripping up the parking lot? I suspect something is actually happening here. Some sort of preconstruction preparation.
