Floors 12 and below gone already though?

Is this a lottery draw for the requests VIP submits, or do they actually get to choose?

I'm not with Rennie but close with some ppl there, true VIP agents will get some early access but request forms only went 13-27 and 28-49. Nothing below, I guess that means true insiders get early access.
FYI we did all of Burquitlam Capital next door last year, also by Marcon.

Forms cut off was 8pm last evening and there was 3000+ for 49th level maybe 440 units.

Angry 567 Clark & Como I want to buy!

Hi everyone. I came across this forum while searching to see if I can still find ways to get a two bedroom unit at the 567 Clark and Como 13 to 27 floor.
My So call VVVIP Realtor told me he has prioty in getting unit in this building is not doing any good for me. He had gave me hope in the pass few Months (still is right now) told me to keep my phone on and he will get me a unit. I am starting to loose hope when a friend of mind told me last night that she used a Rennie agent and no luck for her... She even told me that her Rennie agent had requested over 20 applications and that agent got zero unit. I was told allocation will happen sometime next week but seem like it started yesterday.. I phoned my VVVip agent (so he claims) last night, he told me he is working on it and there still chance... My sister had requested some 1 bed and 1 bed and den thourgh the developer... she haven't heard back from them either. Is 8:30 am Saturday morning keeping my phone on beside me waiting for my VVVip realtor to call... still hoping and waiting... anyone knows which realtor actually got that VVVIP. I start to think that the guy I hired is not actually the VVVIP guy. I done my research prior using him and thought he is the one that can get me an unit. Anyone got the connect here ??
Please help!!!
Their so call "equal opportunity" is Wasting everyone's time

They've already started the purchase process today (Saturday). I received an offer several days ago, so if you haven't yet, you most likely won't be receiving one.

You should still ask your realtor to keep an eye on 567 if you really like it. There's the 7-day rescission period for buyers to cancel the purchase, or there's the possibility not all units from the 3-12 "friends and family" floors will be scooped up.

You never know, but good luck!

This is an architecture and urbanism forum. It is not a real-estate forum, so stop high-jacking the thread. The thread is about the project; its design, the process of its course through engineering, municipal processes, its construction. There is a reasonable amount of talk about its marketing and sales, but you guys are using the thread for your own conversation about real-estate. Take it somewhere else.

Yes totally agree. All real estate talk about any project can be done in the real estate thread. Or make a new threa for presales discussions

Excavation coming along slowly. Very deep pit, couldn't even see how far down it goes from outside the fence.

My pics, Feb. 23.
