Winter 2018 began with structural enhancements to the pre-existing foundation and underground parkade. Moving into the spring and early summer months, work shifted towards job-site preparation. In early July, progress began on reaching heights that Winnipeg has never seen before- get ready for some serious vertical!

300 Main St. (@300_main) on Instagram 08/08/18. Beginning of some crane action, moved in the first of the heavy’s today. Had at least 50 workers on site toughing out another scorcher. Just 24 hours later, and already things are shaping up for the next floor. Won’t take long for this project to be the talk of the town!

300_main In case you missed it- Graham between Fort and Main is completely closed off, less a bit of room for the fantastic #WinnipegTransit drivers. And yes, the construction crew is working well into the evening to get the job done!
