I am not a lawyer, but, as far as I understand
these documents, Hue Developments and Investments Canada
must be the owner, as thats who has been approved by the court.
Of course, Hue could be a front for someone else, this is a real possibility since there is essentially nothing known about Hue.
But as it sits currently, Hue is the owner of the site, of which the sale closed on October 5th.
