Parking garage was suppose to be vertical slats. Either Wood or what looks to be wood. Some of the horizontal attachment pieces are up , but none of the final product is.

Nice pics. I'm liking the staggered sets of balconies. The view from the southeast really shows off the design best.

That's definitely the best view, and the one we saw in all the renderings. This is the opposite side, taken last night.

I'm still not sure how I feel about this building from certain angles. Looking at it from the southeast is my favorite perspective, especially with that little point going on. Bravo! However, looking at it from the north, it looks so bulky (ESPECIALLY next to Ms Skinny Thing Spring Condo) and the colors aren't so forgiving without the lake in the foreground or that "little spire".

I give this a 7.5/10 rating. Pros: Great infill, design isn't just a square, beautifully reflective glass and some retail. Cons: colors tones are a bit too similar to the Monarch and Spring, looks FAT from the north and the view of the west face isn't anything to write home about.

All in all, I welcome this building to the skyline. I need to see some nighttime lighting! That's what I'm looking forward to next from this guy!

I noticed today they are framing on top of that concrete triangle thing. I was hoping they would make it much taller than the concrete to overshadow the elevator/mechanical penthouse.

I noticed that too. I'm relieved they're working on that. The mechanical penthouse is taller than the little slant/spire part...it's so subtle now, it just looks out of place. I am hoping they make it taller and with some nice lighting that really stands out.

I agree on the roof thing. I like this building overall, but the top is so...random. I feel like we've had a few buildings with just so-so tops that really could have used a little something more to make them better. This one, the Four Season Residences and Colorado Tower come to mind.

I'm just not a fan of exposed mechanical penthouses unless they are part of the roof design like Spring's. The Colorado Tower's isn't horrible, but the Four Seasons Residences stick out like two sore thumbs.

Can see it here somewhat, 9/14 by me. I agree that The Bowie fits in well with the other towers nearby, but I'm not a fan of the building itself.
