Good to hear

*sigh* means I won't get a hard move-in date for a good six months after that...

Are you T1 or T2 ?
What kind of nonsense is that? I thought somewhere they said both towers should be in before the end of the year.

I'm T2 and not even in a very high floor. I dont believe occupancy will happen before the end of this year.

modestly expecting February.

I can only hope your source is wrong. They do deserve the award of " the most procrastinating developer".

Totally agree with that. And it will only get better with all these big projects coming online. The improvements of an urban neighbourhood in such a short time is quite unprecedented.

I was at the June 1, 2019, Homeowners info session and I was listening to a real estate agent tell his clients he talked to someone (was too loud, couldn't hear who he spoke to) and they said that T2 will be moving in around Feb 2020.

womp womp.

Is the newer/ redeveloped part of Brentwood mall open yet? If not, then when is it actually open.

Fall 2019, but it seems most of the main things like the cinema and big retailers will be in 2020

Is it "013-17" (same level as Starbucks) or one level above?
The plans show a rooftop terrace on the 3rd level of that corner.
If only on the same level as Starbucks, patio space would have to encroach onto the East Mews.
If starting from one level above Starbucks, it could take the rooftop terrace.
Or, it could also be a 3 level unit (2 interior levels) plus rooftop terrace.

Website rendering shows an open patio on the 2nd level:

Well that's probably a smart move for them. Not that they were suffering, but that location was kind off on its own from anything else.

hasn't there been plans to redevelop where the cactus club is now though? The Executive hotel was going to redevelop with two towers, one for the hotel and one has a residential building.

So is Cactus Club going to be at the area where that grey line is at? They usually like having big windows though.

Yeah, the temporary walls allow the tenant to install whatever facade leasehold improvements it wants - such as sliding doors, etc.
