Possible. I mean, that's pretty much what the renderings on page one show, but that was before Cineplex/Rec Room was announced as a tenant. Given that the rest of that building segment (silver) is already covered in a (admittedly somewhat subtle) pattern with the word Brentwood on it, I wouldn't be terrible certain about speculating anything in particular. It's too small to be a video screen, regardless. There's also going to be a big Brentwood sign on the street corner according to those renderings, so duplicating that might be a bit silly.

The whole "Amazing Brentwood" branding seems pretty silly to me, anyways, but hey, I'm not in marketing.

I don't. Looks tacked on and cheap. Much like Granville and robson. Looks dated imo.

I don't see anything odd or unattractive with this space to have Amazing Brentwood logo. It can be rotating frames of Brentwood Logo, featured events, announcements, or Date and weather..... Quite unlike a stationary sign keep yelling at your face.

Oh god - several of those 'two bedroom' units don't even have a real second bedroom. Some of these second bedrooms only have 2/4 solid walls and no window! How do they get away with this stuff?!

I wonder how many 1 bed units are actually available at $1650. I would imagine a small handful of lower floor units only.

Parking is never included. and if its the same as similar developments will be $100 bucks a spot. I looked at several new projects that have just completed and they were all 1700 plus parking extra as they can raise parking to what ever they want as it is not controlled on a yearly basis. There is one development that has a 2 year contract. you get first year subsized and year 2 you pay full price.

I was invited to take a look at the rental units. They had a display suite already setup but can also show you different floors to see what the view is like.

Estimated move-in date is October 1.

Starting prices are only available on the 5th floor. Goes up an extra $50 once you go up to the 6th floor, with an additional $10 for each floor up. I was only looking at 1BR units so I'm not exactly sure if 2BR pricing scales up the same way.

Water is included. You will have to pay for electricity. There's a promotion from Telus (home services), where if you sign a 2-year contract, the first year is free.

Parking is $150. Storage is $25 (first 6 months free). Both are month-to-month so you can cancel whenever if you no longer need it.

There are a few pet-friendly floors.

The only difference between identical floor plans is that the kitchen alternates colour schemes every floor.

Rental units will have access to 3 elevators. Home owners have a separate main entrance and 3 exclusive elevators for themselves.

The overall streetscape on Lougheed around this project has drastically improved just over the past couple years of construction. It's a very appealing walkable area now.
