Yes. Taller slab heights for the first 2 (office) floors.

The first floor will mainly compose of the office space on the west side, and the lobby in the east side as you will enter from JFK. The second floor is entirely office space

Lovely.

I'd love to see the board meeting (late night at the bar?) when someone sold others on developing this lot. I have a lot of places/lots I've seen where I'm like, "this would be such a great location for X". THIS empty lot? Never crossed my mind. Kudos to their vision and abiity to get this done.

Thinking about it, im sure a large part of the reason behind them choosing to build here is because its right on the water and has really good views of west philly/along the river. Easier to market to a certain degree im sure

I had the pleasure of visiting Philadelphia last week. I had a very good time and was able to walk from Penns Landing to the 30th Street Station on Friday morning. The infill developments are impressive!!!

Sometimes there are views that are iconic, like looking down the Parkway. This will be an iconic image of Philadelphia.
The subway disappearing into a mass of stylish glass towers.

The picture of density.

Clean the bridge. Paint JFK Bridge red. and light them up!

Right?! You're doing the hard work. How about the low hanging fruit to finish the job off!? This river should strive to look like the one in Chicago!

How about a deck over the rails from JFK to ~Walnut.
Faced with a growing green screen.
A boat friendly boardwalk.

That would be awesome, looks similar to Chicago's riverwalk. I was walking the SRT the other day thinking how amazing it would be if I could just grab a beer or a coffee on the trail or even just use a restroom. The trail needs significant improvements in CC at least. Anyway I know this isn't a thread about the trail and 2301 JFK looks great going up. Can't wait for the facade to start being installed.
