the stone is very nice but it doesnt look or feel very street friendly around the block. maybe it will be, does anyone know? are there renders with street level retail and the like?

99 Hudson far left. Along with all the other skyline nodes. Can barely see it, but elements of LIC/Greenpoint.

I love photos that manage to include all of the separate skylines in one photo. When 9 DeKalb is finished that view will look amazing.
