$95 million mixed-use project to be developed in Draper
The Enterprise
Ground is scheduled to be broken Jan. 31 for Rockwell Square, a $95 million mixed-use project on the southeast corner of 13800 South and Bangerter Highway in Draper.
Being developed by Newport Construction LLC, Salt Lake City, the 12-acre project will consist of 150 residential condominiums in five four-story buildings, in addition to roughly 50,000 square feet of retail space. Approximately 170,000 square feet of office condo space in a pair of three-story buildings will round out the project, according to Troy Naef, Newport's director of sales.
Amenities will include a clubhouse, covered parking, a fitness center, swimming pool, walking paths and a picnic area.
Residential condo units will range in size from 1,759 to 2,285 square feet and will be located above ground-floor retail, Naef said. Prices, which rise based on the number of stories above ground that the unit is located, will range from $279,000 to $452,000.
