That's exactly where I live ! (Quartier Montcalm) The plains are just a 5min walk from my home and I enjoy it as much as I can !

^ Yes real nice pics of Quebec City..It's a shame that we haven't been there yet, but keep talking about visiting..It's what 4.5 hours away by car?
Also, great shots of Hamilton Flar!..We just need a Winnipeg set to round out the six after Van..Just not back to back to back to try to incite a "vs" war..ha

About 2 hours away by car (from Montreal)

It wasn't my intention to post an "empty" shot of the Edmonton skyline, I thought it was nice. Peak aerials just doesn't have many shots of Edmonton.

Szoki Adams I took a look at your pictures on flickr and love them, so I decided to follow you. There is a section on this forum that is dedicated to personal photos and we have at least 2 members who mainly focus on random people shots (Kingofthehill, don't know if he is still around though, and mr. john who also happen to live in Montreal) I tried to take people shots in the past but I'm not good at it, so I decided to focus on urban streetscapes and architecture

Thanks for the nice words, the follow and the instructions. I will take a look around.

BTW, we prefer to call is Street Photography, or Candid Photography. Random People Shots sounds, well... too random. Street photographers look for actual content and composition and story. We like to think of it as Art. Kind of like the works of Henri Cartier Bresson, Vivian Maier, Kertesz, etc.

Hehehe I suppose that's why I was never good at it, I didn't have this ability. (I can make a composition architecture wise though, I suppose I am more a technical person)
