Jasper and 122nd considering those photos don't make any attempt in really showing the tower, it's probably not gonna be built right away. I worry about the width of the taower as well for such a short height. It would look nicer as two towers like Illuminada and its counterpart. Don't get why you guys have so much hate for it though, it looks good to me.

Very excited to see this,the Jewish project, and the Pearl to get finished. heading west on Jasper will have very dense look to it.

I am curious to see more on Day's development on 122 Street. As Channing mentioned, it is only for a portion of the site. They still have to submit their DP for the other phases, including the future towers AND go through EDC.

So how much space in old Epcor isn't leased currently and will be available when the renos are done?

Has anyone heard anything about Enbridge, they are still expanding their staff and my friend there says it is getting pretty full in their spaces. Would be wicked if they wanted to do a office consolidation, even if it would leave a glut of space on the market.

They've started moving into City Centre Tower this month I believe. No talk of consolidation that I've heard.

Sweet. I wonder what time-frame they are proposing to prospective tenants when it could be available? I know 1 very large law firm who is looking for much more space and to relocate.

The demolition permit application for the Cromdale is being fast tracked. Look forward to a celebration of both the demolition of the building, and also a tribute to what it once was.

I had thought they had major commitments. But Coldrsx said head leases - plural. This means much effort will need to be made to find firms with leases expiring around the move in date that are prepared to commit at the rates they are projecting. This may be a challenge or investors prepared to take a risk on securing MAJOR tenants for a period of time. Does anyone have an idea of the floor plate size?

edit: And competition from a Katz Tower that may go up much faster...if it materializes.
