D&R roofing did my house and garage and they were quick and professional. I think pretty much anybody in the yellow pages will be OK, just ask for references. Avoid any ads for cheap, one-man operations on Kijiji or Facebook.
I'd really take a long hard look at that shingle choice though. Is your house a vintage 1920's home that originally came with cedar shakes? It would be a shame to lose that character and charm. A lot of homes in the Crescents are stripping off their shingles and replacing them with shakes to return the houses to their former glory. If you're in a 1950's or newer home though I'd say just shingle it, it's more age appropriate and cost effective.
