The blandness of the Claridge towers I can deal with, but wall to wall, all the same height, no breathing space.

Vancouver and other cities can achieve this density while leaving space between towers.

Tbh though, I blame the City's bad policies more than Claridge for following the rules.

Nice shot. I think that was last winter. I don't see Rideau Registry (site could be out of frame or hiden by DND), but I do see the Relevé crane. Chaudière is early in it's rehabilitation with the brick still mostly there.

Cool! By the looks of the Christmas trees in the condos but no snow on the ground I imagine this was taken sometime in November?

Video reinforced 2 things; I wish we had more varying heights in our towers downtown (no shock there), but we're also really lacking in lighting & lighting features. I feel like that could go a long way in making downtown feel bigger, brighter, safer.
