I'd like to see a rendering from the north. So far we've seen the south, east and west. The north side will look like a straight up vertical tower.

That 35 upper deck view might be the underdog best view of dt in the future

I'm gonna make an effort to go out with my fancy-schmancy Sony camera tomorrow right around sundown. Particularly from that angle because I've been saying the same. No one's taking photos from this area. I just hope I can find a great vantage point high enough to capture the full scale.

If anyone gets a chance... grab a pic from the hotels / high eleveation at the southeast intersection of East Riverside and 71 near the airport. Drove by there the other day and WOW did the skyline stretch on forever. Seemed like Manhattan from a far distance.

That is absolutely my favorite view of the skyline. It literally stretches from Rainey St to the Domain in the distance. Park by the pumps at that Exxon station for a good photo op.

The views from the Southeast are my favorites as well. Everyone knows about the view from the tall ramps at Ben White/35, but the new ramps connecting 71 to 183 have a view that's arguably even better.

Lots of beige and blue buildings. Austin needs some different colors!

I agree..., as long as they relate to neighboring buildings and the skyline in general. Barrow something, and add new. Don't be a Trophy Tower just for the sake of being different!

From Runway DFW on Youtube. The view of the skyline from ABIA might be the most impressive angle IMO. 6th and Guadalupe is starting to look huge.
