Yeah, I think it looks solid so far-- I'm starting to think that One Chicago will be the tower people compare this one to. Ultra-sleek, tall and thin, glassy, purely vertical, lots of setbacks.

And similar to how One Chicago broke up the "beige barrier" over there, 400 LSD's glass stands out sharply against its immediate neighbors, most of which are brown brick, tan concrete/limestone, or black steel. It's not as drastic of a contrast as One Chi, and the skyline presence won't be as visible, but architecturally they're pretty comparable. Very interested to see how they handle the mech floors and cladding on the setback floors.

This looks like a beautiful photo, but I'm only seeing a teeny-tiny low-res version! Could you post it in a higher resolution pls? Thanks!!

Taken Oct 19th. I think I took this from River Point. This will definitely be visible from much of the riverwalk!

Maybe I missed updated renderings but I thought those setbacks were split and staggered, no?

Here's some I took last night from around Milton Lee Olive Park:

I believe the first two staggered setbacks on the east side are complete.

Walked by last night-- they've installed some glass on the western face of the mech floor. I was worried there'd be a vent here!

In that last pic, you can really start to see this take shape now! Two full setbacks and more to come
