Weird take.
The original article states
"Citadel billionaire Ken Griffin is expanding the office footprint at his planned headquarters tower in Miami and is considering whether to take additional space for his companies following a public taunt from New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani, Commercial Observer has learned."
So they're increasing the amount of office square footage at the tower. At the same time they're expressing hesitation about the NYC tower.
Additionally the tower is basically under development already as foundation/soil mixing has already begun.
The only reason it wouldn't get built is if they left Miami.
Right now the conversation is if they pull out of 350 Park in NYC, so basically the opposite.
