Now if only we could get some shovels in the ground and some cranes reaching new heights on the city skyline - and soon.

Shovels in the ground for which project? Icon? Italia? Champagne phase 2?

Wow, loving the size of this building and the height and impact on the skyline...all of the high-rises going up in that area are gonna look insane!

the focus of this image I took was not Soho, it was the sunset. But I'm curious about the top of the Soho building, is it going to be like that or is it something temporary? It seems different than the renderings.

Another ugly condo tower. I'm not sure why every developer in town is compelled to use so much cheap looking glass, and that ugly grey/bland siding?!

At least it matches Domicile's atrocity beside it

Rather bland design, especially facing Dow's Lake.

The exterior is nearly finished. I like the look of this one. It has two uniquely different faces.

Hitched a ride with someone to Kemptville yesterday, it was my first time being on the 417 west of downtown in almost two years.. and holy crap, this one is VERY prominent from the highway. It looks like it practically looks over it even though its quite a few streets down. Icon & Sky are going to look MASSIVE from the Queensway...

I was on the canal saturday evening and just the tallest Champagne building really changes the skyline over Dow's Lake. It look really good right now.

Once the Sky and Icon are built though, the SOHO will look sub-par.

When is the 2nd building going up?

As I understand, most of the amenities were to be built with SOHO Champagne 2.

The top floors are mechanical roofs and two penthouses each other, but the amenities are in the podium that connects the two towers. They have an amazing array of amenities, actually.
