I think a couple of the small ones are hoping to get started before Christmas. Most are now set for an early spring start. A couple will be later I believe.

It was always planned as a 20-year build-out. Hopefully, the next ten years will bring much faster development than the first ten.

who wants to live next door to a construction site for 10+ years? hopefully they get done much sooner. future phases farther away in 5-10 yrs makes sense

If all these buildings are actually on the verge of construction. The building phase would actually be quite short. Maybe a couple years. Give it 5 years for delays, courtyard completion, landscaping etc. Seems plausible.

Was at the forks this morning. There are posts driven in around the Ph 1 site as if to put up fencing and there is now an ATCO trailer on site...is it finally about to begin? <3

The posts have been there since early September...I think the trailer is a relatively new addition though.

Sounds too good to be true. Maybe it’s a movie set filming a construction-themed scene.

There was definitely activity on the site when I drove by on Sunday. But I didn't really look to close as I was driving.

It looked like utility work when I drove by today. There was a small backhoe and a couple small piles of gravel and sand on the portion north of the Gandhi sidewalk leading to Union. No construction fencing up yet unfortunately...just the posts.

Maybe the equipment has something to do with whatever they are digging up on Israel Asper Drive?
