There are some interesting pictures of a tunnel 30' below ground for the chilled water lines (I assume they hook up to those noisy chillers at the parking garage next to 360).
The PDF file says the crane is now at 385 feet. After 360, Frost Bank Tower, The Ashton's crane, One American Center and One Congress Plaza, it's the 6th tallest structure on the skyline.

A few drive-by shots of the glass going up on the Austonian, from today. You can see the glass is definitely the dark green color, as in all the original renderings. But it really changes depending on the angle, as you can see in this photo:
Austonian condo tower celebrates halfway point

The $275 million Austonian, a luxury condo tower at Congress Avenue and Second Street that will be the city’s tallest building when it rises to 56 stories — celebrated its halfway mark (the pouring of the 28th floor ) last night with a party on the 19th floor.
An invitation-only crowd of more than 400 was treated to spectacular views of the city from all directions, as they sipped wine and noshed on hors d’ouevres while members of the Austin Symphony played.
(And, voyeurs with a zoom lens also could have read the paperwork lying on people’s desks in the 100 Congress office building directly south).
Though the space wasn’t finished, the views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were the main attraction anyhow. Landscape architects for the project said the 683-foot tower, once completed in early 2010, will be visible from Buda...
I am so glad they didn't do a fakey bland wall on the west side of the parking podium. It actually looks good from certain angles.
By the way, they're counting the halfway point height-wise by the number of floors. So once it hits the 28th floor it'll be halfway to the main roof, not the mechanical penthouse which rises another 60 feet above that. The main roof is at 621 feet. So at about 310 feet it would be halfway to the main roof which it already is from what I can tell. 100 Congress directly to the south of it is 328 feet to the top of the triangular roof, and The Austonian is just slightly shorter than it is. So it's already halfway to the main roof. But it still has 370 feet of height to go before the mechanical penthouse is topped out, basically the height of the Hilton stacked on top of 100 Congress.
