I really appreciate all the updates, as I haven't been to Downtown for few months during daytime, so without these photos I wouldn't have any idea how the project looks like right now. So big thanks to mcminsen and others. Keep the updates coming!

Still many floors to go.

Funny how this topic has been ignored so far on this forum.

Not sure what there is to say here... big screw up by the City on this one. Onni is always developing so I'm wondering if there's a chance to get this back, or if it's all legally contracted now and can't be undone.

Of course the usual suspects are blaming the mayor personally...

Onni agreed to return the 1.5

Mistakes happen.

That's the advantage of being tall. The building gets photographed even if you don't intend to.

Just realized that half the alley balconies open to the north up the alley, rather than the sunny south to the water.

Thanks for the update. Looking much better than The Mark. Just holding my breath for some nasty 'custom' spandrel on the penthouse levels.

Darn, wish they put 1300 Richards and the Charleson together for a spectacular 810 foot beauty!

I wish the 8 storey rental stub was a 40 storey tower. But 3 towers in the same block, that's just crazy

One quick shot from Homer Street as I was going by on New Year's Day. Looks like the podium may be topping out.

Some high-resolution photos from a week ago. It is unfortunate, but this building is turning out to be a much bigger disappointment than its just-as-boringly-gray-yet-so-much-sleeker neighbour.
