I've been gone for too long, but I've not been oblivious to all the activity happening around the city. Last time I was active on this forum, ORH North hadn't even begun groundbreaking. Now look at it, its all grown up!

I took this one, although I was in a bit of a rush so it didn't come out as well as I had wanted it to.

Part of me thinks that the area was supposed to look a lot more filled in with two towers there instead of 1. Now it just looks even more awkward though.

That's a pretty awesome pic! Can't wait to see RH and TB districts filled in with new towers.

just give it six months to a year - plenty of company coming along as downtown sends out runners its way. particularly if/when the next two Fremont projects get going, ORH will not be lonely for long.

I haven't been thinking that, either from my home view or when driving on the Bay Bridge (where the new tower is sometimes more visible than the first one). I took these with my iPhone 5S through the windows of a moving car on Tuesday.

Those are fantastic pictures viewguy! I know I'm suppose to focus on the building, but that sky and sunset are magnificent, its like a painting. I use my new iPhone 5S for taking pictures too

Thanks! I wanted to upgrade to the 5S not only for the faster processor, but also for the superior camera and am well pleased with both features.
