It's going understated how important it is that that Domain Central building will have 2 restaurants in the ground floor. The whole East side of the Domain is a desert for restaurant/retail options and this will be right in the middle of it.

The Domain area will probably be a San Antonio/Fort Worth sized skyline in a decade.

I have no details, but I hope they lease a highrise building near the Domain. A 400'+ Stadium Tower (IBM Tower?) next to Q2 would be awesome in my opinion. Plus it'd be right next to the new Red Line Station at Q2.

A new building in that area certainly be the best for current employees (many of whom are probably living closer by based on the current location). Though companies frequently don't take that into account.

The previous story did mention

"IBM will strongly consider moving elsewhere in The Domain, Henderson said."

Looks like the 491' height limit was approved, by the City Council, on Thursday. With a density bonus, this height may be achieved within the TOD district of the North Burnet/Gateway planning area.

From Parmer Lane the Uptown/Broadmore buildings are really starting to make an impact on the skyline of the area. Still cant see them much from 183 or Mopac yet though.

The site plans are the first we've actually seen the of the buildings, so far as I can tell. No renderings have hit the street yet.

This appears to be a separate project where Lighting Inc is currently. You can see placeholder buildings for Verde Square behind it.

Unfortunately, the developer, Narrow Road, is not in a rush. They do have plans to start the permitting process anytime soon. They are waiting to spend more money on site design until there's more clarity on the economic outlook. It's likely a larger developer will come in at some point and partner with them on this project.

So, that says three buildings, but there are 4 others behind those. What project are those part of?

It's amazing the number of towers being planned up there. I can already see the Domain from a few places around South Austin, and it's only going to get better. 300 feet is already showing up nicely, so pushing that 500 foot threshold is really going to be something.

The four buildings behind are an approximation of Verde Square (not very accurate I believe) and Arena / Stadium Tower or whatever they are now calling the pit.
