I'm really tired of discussing this, but believe me: Most towers are fully occupied! Dubai still has a monthly net influx of 8,000 residents.

But haters gonna hate...

Thanks for clearing that up, I didn't mean to cause offense, it just seems to keep popping up here and there. I don't hate Dubai, quite the opposite!
Nice to know it's not true- it would be kind of sad to have some of those gorgeous towers just sitting there doing nothing.

My comment was certainly not targeted at you! I just stopped discussing with people who get satisfaction out of bashing a place of which they know little or nothing. And usually a comment like yours gets those guys all excited and going. Let's see how long it will take for the first one to start their rant

Yeah, I don't know where that myth (that Dubai towers are sitting empty) comes from... anyway I'm glad that the Dubai market is sill intact.

But let's not get OT here, I'm just glad you keep on posting those gorgeous pics.

Me too!
I've got some questions about Dubai- I'd love to visit, and in the meantime it sounds like a cool place to set a story. But to avoid starting any epic catfights, I might just PM a few people here on the forums with my questions instead.

Those are pretty- the first one makes me wanna take a tube and float down that little channel, and the second is so cool- the Address and that other tower on the right (is that the Address Dubai Marina?) form a really nice symmetry.

I figured you were probably busy, the questions I asked aren't really simple yes or no in nature.

I'm trying to convince a friend to come to Dubai with me- it might be lots more affordable if we split it. Especially an amazing hotel like The Address!
