Lots of photos in the most recent gallery update, from the Canada side. Here are some highlights -

The first few girders of the bridge's main span are installed on both sides (Detroit side shown) -

once opened, I wonder where this bridge will rank among the busiest international crossings (bridge or tunnel) in the world. At or near the top, I would think.

It's gotta be near the top. I think Ambassador is still #1 in North America at the moment. Presumably this will surpass that when it opens.

Canada - US crossing volumes have generally been in decline for several decades. This will definitely become the preferred crossing for the Detroit Windsor area, but it may not be the busiest any longer as it will likely split a lot of volume with the Ambassador. Wouldn’t be surprised if the Peace Bridge in Buffalo ends up on top instead.

This is somewhat interesting -

That looks awesome. It doesn't seem like there is anything similar planned on the US side in Detroit, though. Big missed opportunity.

Graceful, yet undisputedly powerful. Much like its namesake.

The Hudson site draws a lot of attention in Detroit these days (and deservedly so). But I think far fewer people (outside of the Great Lakes region) appreciate this international undertaking that is currently taking place over the Detroit River. Those pylons still have about 150 ft. to go! (source)

I know they engineer the hell out of these things but that doesn't stop me from being amazed when these things actually stand.

It's equally impressive that they can start construction on both sides of the river and still meet exactly in the middle.

It really is impressive. Expected, but still impressive.

The preposterous idea of the bridge spans not meeting up was used in an Autodesk ad campaign, though the images circulate online as if they were real.
