I've been fortunate to attend a few events on that terrace as we have friends that live in the building, the view is incredible.

Looking good. Set-backs near the top goes a long way making these towers more interesting.

I'm not 100% sure but from my vantage point the top 2 floors look like floor to ceiling glass instead of the mostly grey spandrel we see on the 1st tower. It looks like an observation deck

This funky 'skybox' amenity floor was not something I was expecting. The tower in general looks glassier and more modern than I expected.
