That's a very outdated diagram, the building is only ~965' tall at the moment. The next set of columns will push this past supertall criteria.

What a monolith. Its so imposing in person. Even more apparent from afar.

One Vandy as a reference, that alone is massive but 270 Park makes it seem skinner in scope.
