You would think when hard working tax payers like us are looking at a 6% increase this year, the city would be a little bit faster to act on approving massive developments that will increase tax revenue. I guess not.

It has little to do with the cost, and more to do with staffing and badly designed processes.

Anyway the north lane of King adjacent to this project is now blocked off.

Seems somewhat recent seeing as April it hadn't been issued yet. Perhaps it was issued and so now they're prepping for shoring?

I noticed that small excavator from my drone the other day. Looked like it was just for storage. Guess I was wrong. Their social media has been very quiet lately. How deep are they going here?

There is a small shipping container on the sidewalk along Caroline, a gym was hooking up hydro to it last week in preparation. He didn't know when they were going to get started.
