Adding some more older but active proposals that slipped through the cracks.

Demo of the existing parking garage started a couple of months ago and is now complete. Excavation is incipient. Thanks to Benito at UT for the last pic, taken May 3, 2019.

Soo...since this thread was created, Cresford finished off much of the excavation, then they went bankrupt. This project was bought out by another developer, and they intend on continuing with the original plans AFAIK...I took this five days ago, it's a bloody massive hole:

It's been a while since I updated this thread. The project is owned by Pemberton now, and the nieghbouring project next door already has a crane up and is rising above grade.

Urbannizer, I tried to change the title to TORONTO | The Pemberton | 708 FT (216 M) | 68 FLOORS, but was unsuccessful. It only changed inside the thread.
