IMO this is a nice filler building, however, negative points for the garage since it's next to a train station. It's not surprising given the transit options in South Florida metro. At least the base isn't ugly.

Yeah the podium is a bit discouraging but kudos for developing near a previously underdeveloped area with retail space and an okay garage wrapping. Really solid, although I don't know if this is a serious proposal, it may be a flip knowing the developers track record.
