787 and occasionally 777 is used for YOW until June as well, and will resume starting Sept.
787 is also used for CUN if you consider that to be North America.
During MAX grounding, 787 was also used for HNL, OGG, and YYC.
787 was never used for LAS.. but I believe Rouge 767 was used for a bit when they still existed and based out of YVR. The same 767 was also used for LAX.

AM feed all traffic from Central and South America through it's hub at MEX, where AC's flight to MEX is a dead end. So AC is really not able to compete in frequency there. AM run more flights and/or capacity to all of AC's hub, not just YVR. Even at YYZ, AM run 3x daily MAX8/9 vs AC 2x daily MAX8.
