This entire complex is big, impressive, and one could say architecturally daring. But why is it being marketed as "Vancouver's Cultural Hub?" What facilities does it have to support that title?

They have some indoor/open air "venues" for performances and are going to house the Goh Ballet. The other stuff like the food court or community centre on their Cultural Hub page seem like a stretch at best.

Is Goh Ballet moving, or are they opening another location? Would be great if they were moving so that something more exciting could occupy that nice old building. One of my favorite in Mt. Pleasant.

unless they are very budget single buildings away from central energy districts they are climate control. The developer is the utility provider and they use a 4 pipe heating and cooling systems with each unit having a coil. This is almost standard now in the city. Where as in langley area you end up with a mini split sitting on the patio
