This is one of the best urban infill projects I’ve ever seen. From the quality and diversity of the architecture to the location on the Beltline it’s all top notch.

I can't say enough about the architecture of these buildings. Such a breath of fresh air. Hope we see more of this!

Anyone have ANY info on the hotel? Brand? Amount of rooms? Pool?

Want this to be me and my wife's staycation in the summer

I was looking this up last week to get it added to the diagram page, and couldn't find much on it. I think they haven't announced who will run the hotel.

Is anyone on here a resident of Nu-Grape lofts, who has any insight into discussions with New City on the next phase? Has any discussions been had on moving parking to the office component?

Overline Social Club & Hotel will connect via skybridge to Overline Residences, a luxury apartment building rising 18 stories at the site, according to a website for the project. Advertised monthly rents for Overline Residences range from about $1,800 for roughly 500-square-foot studios to nearly $8,500 for three-bedroom, multi-level apartments that span more than 2,200 square feet.

The hotel, with other amenities including pool cabanas, a fitness center and spa spaces, is scheduled to open next year, per its website.
