This baby has a FAA permit for 1034'. Is that the height when the window cleaning boom is fully extended?

It should be, since realistically a plane could hit it, but I don’t think they accounted for that.

Models from the Modern's insta story:

Interesting, the Travis' companion seems substantially shorter than previous renders.

It's hard to tell...but, yes. I agree.

44E, 700RR, Travis, and Modern all seem to be close to the same height - even though there is up to 160' differences between them.

Looks like the vehicle drop off area for the Waterline.

Walking out of the Hotel Van Zandt in a few years is going to be neck straining.

What was the estimated timeline again for having Red River temporarily closed next to Waterline? It’s been closed since late March, right?

Nice updates. Is it just me, or do the next few floors seem really short height wise? Or is it just an illusion?

Zoom in on the middle photo and you'll see a level. So the ground floor isn't like 40 feet tall

That closure is quite challenging to navigate around. I suspect it'll be closed until this building tops off? Which is....anyone have an updated ETA?

They were actually only going to close it off temporarily to run waterlines under the street - connect the building to water - so it was only supposed to be for a few months, but I just wasn't sure how long exactly.

This thing is going to look so massive when done. I drove by today and was in ah.

I thought it was supposed to be closed for only six weeks, meaning it should have been opened by now. Haven't been there in a while... so I take it it's not open yet? Dang!
