I guess if the sign is only 6 pieces it will be Rogers minus the logo?

Talking to a woman yesterday who seemed to be aware of the activity we were witnessing (maybe a SSP reader contributor) saying she thought they were going to do one letter at a time, witch I also was thinking.
I believe the logo will be added, there will be 6 pieces for 2 signs, ROG , ERS , and Logo for the Westside and the same for the Eastside.

Thanks for the info jollyburger. The Instagram link is not loading for me. (Maybe because I don't have an account with Instagram or Facebook)
Talon Helicopter on Facebook Welcome C-GTVV to the fleet at Talon! Our new AS365 N3 has been busy already with some lift work downtown.

Seems like a bug maybe try again tomorrow. You should still be able to see it even if you don't use Instagram.

If you paste the video link into this Instagram Download tool it should let you see it though:

Was somebody wanting more hotel space Downtown? The Burrard Medical Building on the 1100 block is proposed as a 68 room hotel conversion, with a restaurant (and patio) on the main floor. A little more on the Changing City blog.

JJ Bean just opened inside Park Place. I wonder if it's permanent or temporary until the Marine Building location reopens.

RE Shaw/Rogers Tower, the spine light will stay green/blue, the artist will not allow it's colour to be changed and has threatened legal action in the past if it's altered. The water mist art work at the bottom still works it's on every morning and evening for a bit (outside the dead of winter where it could create an icy mess).

Makes sense since green isn't even a Shaw colour, so the blue was just a coincidence. Thanks for the confirmation.

Thanks.
I guess that's why it doesn't change colours for commemorations like other lighting installations around the City do.
