In tandem with UPS, an even larger warehouse is going up at 863 Nebo Road nearby.
It's a huge, huge building, about 600,000sf (compared to Amazon's 800,000sf).
A quick google seems to indicate that it will be occupied by Atlantic Packaging, a Toronto-based logistics company which currently does not have any operations on Hamilton.
