It's not 400 feet. The elevations show it at 387 feet 8 inches tall. They show the 25th floor being 274 feet 4 inches. Level 25 is the last floor before the setback starts and the tower narrows.

The 28th floor is the first floor that it cracks 300 feet at 306 feet 4 inches.

It is going to be as tall as the BOA tower.

Yes, indeed.

On a related note, I just discovered this rendering with all glass on the of the east facade of the "tower" portion. It's dated Feb. 25, 2021.

^^ (like button)

I appreciate seeing the narrow end of the building. I pretty much only get the see what's on the webcam and whatever people share here (which is all appreciated). So thank you for the new angle.

Took a few screenshots from when KSAT was flying over the
parade yesterday - sorry about the low res. but I thought there were some cool angles nonetheless

I think 4 + the "crown" and then the mechanical room at the top.

Here's a couple more angles taken from the other day:
One is a pretty detailed view from the Frost (via corecommercialsa on IG) and the other is just a still from a KSAT broadcast where they look from their webcam out by Brooks
Only three floors to go

Nice, thanks for sharing! It's been fun to see this one go up. Hopefully it leases well and there's more of these to come.

On a side note, some of these angles of the skyline have got me thinking the Weston Centre is a little taller than advertised lol.

444 feet seems about right. But clearly both Marriotts are nowhere near as tall as listed in the SA diagrams section.

Oh yeah both of the Marriotts are way off, I just meant relative to the Frost/BOA buildings. I don't think it's too far off, on Google Earth I get 455-460' depending on where you measure. I'd be curious if there's blueprints floating around somewhere on the internet. Probably not though lol.

My prediction is this will do just fine and will ease future developments.

Is it just me or is the top 3 floors (floor to ceiling) heights look a lot taller. I was looking at the rendering and the windows for the top 3 floors are bigger. The mechanical room on top looks like the height of another floor so that is good. I did think this was going to be a lot closer to the Weston Centre height but looks like it won't be.

They are definitely taller, especially the top two floors. In this rendering you can see an extra pane of glass at the top of the 30th floor (3rd from top) just like the 24th floor, and the top two floors are even taller.
