Forming for the 8th floor slab in well along now on the SE corner of the south tower. Most of the 7th floor walls and posts are now poured in the SW corner of the south tower as well. The NW corner of the north tower now has some of the 7th floor walls poured while the NE corner is finishing up the 7th floor slab forming.

Have now got a few of the 8th floor walls and posts poured on the SE corner of the south tower. Forming for the 8th floor slab at various stages for the SW corner and NW corner of north tower. The NE corner of north tower is still finishing up the 7th floor walls and posts. When they finally complete the pour of the 9th floor slab in around 8 weeks that will finish the middle podium bases of the north and south towers. Going forward the pace should quicken as each tower now becomes a much smaller square footprint rather then the large rectangle.

Looks like they have now completed the pour of the 8th floor slab in the NE corner which completes the 8th floor slab for both buildings. Progress continues with the forming and pouring of 8th floor walls and posts on the south building and forming of 8th floor walls and posts of the north building in the NW corner.

Wrapping up the 9th floor slab forming on the south building and may have poured the SE corner as they have steel up for some of the 9th floor walls and posts. Nearly done forming the 8th floor walls and posts on the NE corner of the north building with forming just starting for the 9th floor slab in the NW corner of the north building.

Have now poured the 9th floor slab in the SE corner of the south building and even have some of the 9th floor walls and posts poured. Have forming for the north building 9th floor slab up now in the NW corner and have nearly finished all 8th floor walls and post pours. Steel wall framing has also started on the north side for the ground floor. Should see alot of progress with exterior wall steel framing for the first 8 floors of the two buildings as they are nearing completion of the middle podium bases for the two towers.

Have completed the south tower 9th floor slab pours. Have got forming up for the north tower 9th floor walls and posts. Have installed the base for the exterior construction elevator on the NW corner of the north tower. Should see an exterior elevator installed for the south tower in the near future as well.

The forming for the 11th floor walls and posts of the south tower is progressing well and the north tower is forming for the 11th floor slab now which gets it to the 50% point of the 19s height. They will need to do a tower crane lift soon for the north tower as the boom jib is getting a little tight to the work area.

Forming for the 14th floor slab is now starting for the south tower and the north tower has nearly all the 12th floor walls and posts complete. They have also installed the glass and doors along the north side ground floor level.

LFP article on possible slow down of rental rate increases with a nice photo showing progress on the 23s south tower. They are now working on forming for the 17th floor slab. The 19s north tower is now working on forming the 16th floor slab.

Somewhat surprising that Medallion hasn't brought in a restoration contractor to start work on the heritage building on the NE corner which is supposed to have amenity space and residential units. Maybe they are waiting to complete the structural build of the two new towers before renovating the old building.
